Randy England is a 1990 graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law. Former Managing Editor of the Missouri Law Review, he has written on the new age movement, pro-life picketing, euthanasia and other legal issues. The Last Fisherman is his second book and first novel.

Randy works as a prosecuting attorney in Jefferson City, Missouri, where he and his family attend St. Peter's Catholic Church, next door to the state capital.
